This majestic eagle has wonderfully detailed throughout the entire piece. Excellent detailing of eyes, feathers and claws. The old fashion casting created beautiful and realistic details in his plumage.
This antique bronze eagle still retain some of its gold gild.  The patina remains as found from age. It has heavy wear with age and use. Small scuffs, bents, and scratches to the eagle and patina throughout, consistent with age.
All these imperfections which add characters to it.
It is heavy for its size. A great looking piece that has the distinction of age. I don't see any damage or restoration to this amazing
bronze/brass eagle flag pole topper.
